Order Books Directly from Us

Our book-ordering form is currently undergoing maintenance. If none of the (faster and much more secure) alternatives on our main Ordering page are suitable, please simply email us providing the following information: your name and shipping address; title(s) you are interested in ordering; and method of payment (including credit card number and expiration date, if paying by credit card). If we need more information we will reply to your email.

If you choose to pay by check, we will hold your order until we've received the payment and confirmed the amount (including $3.50 shipping and handling for the first book and $0.50 for each additional one; if a Florida resident, please include 7% for state sales tax).
